- Develop measurements to demonstrate impact and maintain pulse on employee sentiment.
- Collaborate with regional comms leads to ensure consistency across channels.
- Partner on strategic planning for the Company employer brand.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in communications, with a focus on internal strategies.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Experience managing large, matrixed projects.
- Ability to think strategically and execute high-quality initiatives under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience with change and people management.
- Ability to travel as required.
