Job Description

Summary

As an Employee Communications Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing internal communications strategies that align with the company's goals and foster a positive workplace culture. You will collaborate with various departments to create and distribute key messages and initiatives, driving employee engagement and organizational alignment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners across functions and regions.
  • Serve as a communications liaison to corporate functions, ensuring initiatives are amplified to employees.
  • Identify key milestones and initiatives that fit within the Employee Comms storytelling pillars.
  • Manage core protocols and documents to support streamlined workflow and content-sharing.
  • Lead global employee engagement and change management on key transformation initiatives.
  • Manage logistics for Global Town Halls and post-event recaps.
  • Support strategic editorial planning and project management of internal channels.
  • Develop measurements to demonstrate impact and maintain pulse on employee sentiment.
  • Collaborate with regional comms leads to ensure consistency across channels.
  • Partner on strategic planning for the Company employer brand.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in communications, with a focus on internal strategies.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Experience managing large, matrixed projects.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute high-quality initiatives under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience with change and people management.
  • Ability to travel as required.
