Job Description

Summary

Five-month in-person internship supporting employee engagement within Talent Development at the corporate headquarters. The role assists with internal communications, content maintenance, event planning, and recognition programs while participating in the Generation H learning and mentoring program.

Responsibilities

  • Write internal announcements and narrative editorials for the employee intranet and digital signage
  • Publish, update, and remove content on the local intranet site and app
  • Coordinate ideation planning and execution of internal employee events
  • Manage logistics including invitations catering decor setup and breakdown
  • Support management and execution of internal recognition programs
  • Collaborate with department publishers and stakeholders to update pages
  • Contribute to a capstone Generation H project and attend learning sessions

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing an Associate or Bachelor degree
  • Available for the full internship period from January 12 2026 to June 26 2026
  • Interest in human resources internal communications or special events
  • Strong written communication and creative skills with attention to detail
  • Technologically competent and proficient in Microsoft Suite Word PowerPoint Excel
  • Teachable team player with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work as scheduled full time or part time to accommodate academic schedule
