Employee Learning Experience Senior Specialist NA PRO

Summary

Provides learning design and delivery support for North America PRO retail teams. The role develops and facilitates learning experiences, supports learning systems and reporting, and coordinates the rollout of learning initiatives with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training on product knowledge, selling and service, leadership, business acumen, and job skills.
• Administer learning management system tasks, including uploading, assigning, tracking, and reporting training.
• Analyze course completion data and learner feedback.
• Create learning materials and tools using Articulate and other software.
• Facilitate instructor-led learning in person and virtually, and support adoption of global learning initiatives.
• Coordinate learner communications, training events, and project activities with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Learning and development experience preferred.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to use Rise and Articulate and create clear, engaging learning materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines with attention to detail.
