Employee Learning Experience, Senior Specialist NA PRO

Summary

Provide specialized learning design and delivery support for North America PRO retail teams, driving implementation of learning projects and facilitating instructor-led and virtual programs. Manage learning administration and reporting in the LMS, collaborate with global and regional stakeholders, and support adoption of talent development initiatives. Create and edit learning materials using Articulate and Rise and deliver engaging training to retail audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver elevated learning experiences on product knowledge, selling & service, leadership, business acumen, and job skills.
• Manage stakeholder communications and coordinate learning requests for NA PRO retail populations.
• Perform LMS administration tasks: upload, assign, track, and report training completion and learner feedback.
• Generate and analyze learning completion reports and learner surveys to inform improvements.
• Create, format, and edit learning materials with basic graphic design and copywriting using Articulate and Rise.
• Deliver instructor-led training in-person and virtually and troubleshoot learner issues.

Requirements

• Prior Learning & Development experience preferred; experience facilitating or presenting to retail audiences.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Articulate and Rise.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills to handle multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Creative copywriting and basic design skills for learning collateral.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage learners in-person and virtually.
