Employee Relations Manager, Client Services

Louis Vuitton is seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Relations Manager, Client Services to support our Client Services Center in Irving, Texas. This role is instrumental in fostering a respectful, high-performing workplace by leading employee relations matters, supporting performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and practices. Acting as a trusted partner to managers and employees, the Employee Relations Manager will provide sound guidance, lead investigations, and help mitigate risk through thoughtful, consistent decision-making.

The ideal candidate will bring strong judgment, discretion, and communication skills, along with the ability to navigate sensitive matters with professionalism and care.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of progressively responsible HR experience, including employee relations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
• Ability to build credibility and effective working relationships across all levels.
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
• Strong technical proficiency, including Excel, report writing, HRIS, and related systems.
• Positive, solution-oriented approach with a strong work ethic.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, paid time off programs, employee discounts and perks, and two employer-contributed retirement plans.
