Employee Relations Project Manager

Summary

The Employee Relations Project Manager will lead a six-month initiative to develop and operationalize company-wide employee relations frameworks and processes. The role partners with HR, Legal, Ethics, and other stakeholders to promote consistent outcomes and strengthen how employee relations matters are handled and measured.

Responsibilities

• Manage project workstreams, plans, timelines, milestones, stakeholder input, and deliverables.
• Gather requirements and coordinate cross-functional input on employee relations processes, including intake, complaint triage, investigations, documentation, and resolution.
• Support data collection, reporting, and employee training to assess trends and process effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for ongoing process improvements using measurable data.
