Responsibilities- Ensure all aspects of operations meet specified EHS regulations.
- Develop, document, and maintain Process Capability metrics, SPC Plans, and PFMEAs.
- Optimize processes to meet the right rate and quality of output.
- Identify and execute projects using Lean tools and methodologies.
- Maximize efficiency of equipment, tooling, and personnel.
- Design effective material workflow and equipment layout with LEAN principles.
- Recommend process improvements using mechanization and automation.
- Validate new releases for manufacturing.
- Manage the tooling management program in Cutting and TFC.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional meetings and follow-up actions.
- Prepare and present projects for the Executive Team.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing).
- 3+ years of related work experience.
- Strong experience using SPC and LEAN Manufacturing principles.
- Proven ability to manage shifting deadlines and priorities.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Ability to implement processes that deliver measurable KPIs.
- Preferred qualifications include bilingual skills in English and Spanish, Six Sigma/Lean Certification, and experience with CAD Software (CREO or AutoCAD) and Minitab Software.
