Engraver

Summary

The Engraver personalizes luxury products for e-commerce and after-sales clients using engraving and embossing machinery. The role requires precise craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to meet quality and processing targets while following client and Maison specifications.

Responsibilities

• Review orders and engrave or emboss products according to client and Maison specifications.
• Select appropriate fonts and placement, assess custom designs, and create mock-ups for approval.
• Operate and maintain machinery, adjusting settings to ensure accurate and consistent results.
• Organize workflow to meet processing targets and register work in SAP.
• Communicate with Maisons, maintain a safe and clean workspace, and follow operating procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and fluent English skills.
• At least 2 years of experience with engraving or embossing machinery.
• Intermediate desktop computer skills; warehouse management system experience is preferred, and SAP experience is a plus.
• Basic math and measurement skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Ability to meet physical demands, work scheduled shifts, and provide overtime during peak periods.
