Responsibilities- Oversee and lead the design and integration of all IBP solutions into the RL system landscape.
- Design and develop architecture for integrating IBP solutions to optimize global IBP processes.
- Ensure architecture supports scalability, maintainability, and performance requirements.
- Lead and manage integration projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders for effective collaboration and project success.
- Develop and maintain a strategic view of the IBP systems architecture.
- Engage with business leaders and technical teams to translate business needs into technical actions.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Oversee the development of testing protocols for integrations.
- Continuously monitor system performance and lead optimization efforts.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Expert in Integration Framework and technologies with experience in Retail/Apparel domain preferred.
- Experience with integration frameworks and technologies such as middleware, APIs, and ETL tools.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of leading complex projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communicator and leader capable of driving strategic integration initiatives.
