Job Description

Summary

As an Enterprise Architect at Ralph Lauren in Nutley, you will partner with IBP IT leadership and other IT teams to implement the IBP program, providing vision and leadership. You will work cross-functionally in a global, fast-paced environment with internal teams and external vendors, focusing on Financial & Strategic Planning, Merchandise Financial Planning, Assortment/Buy and Space Planning & Demand Planning.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and lead the design and integration of all IBP solutions into the RL system landscape.
  • Design and develop architecture for integrating IBP solutions to optimize global IBP processes.
  • Ensure architecture supports scalability, maintainability, and performance requirements.
  • Lead and manage integration projects from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders for effective collaboration and project success.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic view of the IBP systems architecture.
  • Engage with business leaders and technical teams to translate business needs into technical actions.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development of testing protocols for integrations.
  • Continuously monitor system performance and lead optimization efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Expert in Integration Framework and technologies with experience in Retail/Apparel domain preferred.
  • Experience with integration frameworks and technologies such as middleware, APIs, and ETL tools.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of leading complex projects.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communicator and leader capable of driving strategic integration initiatives.
