Summary
Lead application development for the enterprise ERP implementation, ensuring adherence to SAP Clean Core principles and driving integration across business functions. Provide technical leadership for SAP S4 Fashion Retail and BTP Integration Suite while partnering with global teams to align development with transformation objectives. Oversee code quality security and transport management to support scalable delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end application development activities including WRICEF design and delivery.
- Ensure adherence to SAP Clean Core principles across scoping design development testing and deployment.
- Represent application development in the Design Authority and align with functional business teams.
- Oversee SAP change control and transport management processes ensuring compliance and approvals.
- Collaborate with ERP vendors technology teams and business stakeholders to drive innovation.
- Ensure integration between SAP S4 Fashion Retail and BTP Integration Suite.
- Develop and maintain best practices for code quality security and performance optimization.
- Establish governance frameworks and quality assurance processes for development activities.
- Provide technical leadership to resolve complex development challenges and support global rollouts.
Requirements
- Many years of SAP application development experience with leadership in application development roles.
- Proven expertise in SAP S4 Fashion Retail and BTP Integration Suite.
- Hands-on experience leading application development for large scale ERP implementations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP development methodologies WRICEF and transport management.
- Expertise in SAP Clean Core principles and modern application development frameworks.
- Exceptional problem solving skills and focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate technical concepts to non technical audiences.
- Experience in global multi region ERP rollouts and willingness to travel as required.
