• Provide facial and skin treatments using specialized products and techniques.
• Recommend products based on client needs analysis.
• Develop personal clientele and build client loyalty.
• Execute promotions and special offers as instructed by Sales Manager.
• Follow up with clients and send thank you notes to first-time clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of treatment cabins and equipment.
• Collaborate with Beauty Advisors to maximize productivity.
• Comply with Health & Safety policies and privacy regulations.

• High School diploma.
• Professional make-up artistry training and aesthetics certification.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
