Summary

Provides professional esthetic treatments and skin care services to clients in a luxury retail environment. Delivers facial and other skin treatments using specialized products and techniques, recommends products based on client needs, and develops a personal clientele while supporting sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide facial and other skin treatments according to department standards and client specifications
• Recommend appropriate products based on client needs and follow up with clients
• Develop and maintain a personal clientele and send thank-you notes to first-time clients
• Book appointments, set up promotional outposts, and prepare special offers as directed
• Meet or exceed individual and department sales targets
• Perform stock keeping duties and ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean and functional
• Collaborate with beauty advisors and other counters to maximize productivity and achieve mutual goals
• Comply with health, safety, privacy, and cybersecurity policies

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Professional make-up artistry training and aesthetics certification
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar esthetician role
• Strong customer service and sales skills with the ability to build client loyalty
• Ability to maintain treatment room cleanliness and follow health and safety procedures
