Job Description

Summary

As an Events Intern at Louis Vuitton in Midtown, New York, you will gain hands-on experience in planning and executing high-profile events for a luxury brand. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for the fashion industry and a strong desire to learn about event management.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive research on potential venues, vendors, and innovative event concepts.
  • Maintain event files, manage inventory effectively, and perform administrative tasks to support event operations.
  • Provide proactive on-site support during events, addressing challenges and ensuring seamless execution for the team and attendees.
  • Contribute to the creation of detailed global event recaps upon event completion, analyzing key performance indicators and outcomes.
  • Support logistical coordination, contribute to event planning processes, and participate in budget review to optimize resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study.
  • Prior experience in event coordination, particularly within a luxury brand or agency, is highly encouraged.
  • Able and willing to work at the assigned location or able and willing to relocate to NYC.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US.
  • Available to work part-time for Fall 2025 with a start date in late August.
