Job Description

Summary

Provides executive and administrative support to a Senior Vice President, a Vice President, and the broader Customer Experience Platform Technology organization. This hybrid role is based in Seattle and requires working in the office at least four days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, prioritize and schedule meetings, and prepare leaders for meetings and events.
  • Coordinate team communications, engagement and recognition projects, and internal and offsite events.
  • Support department budget tracking, expense reconciliation, and executive travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations; handle confidential records with discretion.
  • Track requests and projects through completion and perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Executive Assistant or similar administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and experience with virtual meeting software.
  • Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, navigate ambiguity, and work effectively in a fast-changing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
