Job Description

Summary

Executive Assistant to the CEO Americas based in the New York office providing high level administrative and office management support, coordinating travel and expense reporting, and serving as a liaison across departments. The role requires discretion, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced luxury fashion environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO daily calendar and schedules
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for CEO and executives
  • Prepare and compile expense reports for CEO and other executives
  • Collect weekly business recaps from department heads for CEO review
  • Approve and submit office invoices to Accounts Payable
  • Provide confidential administrative support and anticipate CEO needs
  • Liaise with HR, Retail and Communications to transmit company information
  • Perform general administrative duties including mail distribution and filing
  • Oversee day to day office management and coordinate IT support as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 2 years administrative experience preferably in fashion
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong follow up and attention to detail
  • Self motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
  • Discretion handling confidential information
