Job Description

Summary

Provide comprehensive executive administrative support to the Chief Merchandising Officer at the Seattle corporate headquarters. Manage complex priorities and communications while handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, expense reports, and office budgets.
  • Coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders, and organize meeting materials and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain documents and presentations, and coordinate special projects and events.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and collaborate with executive assistants across departments.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of executive assistant experience, including support for a Chief Officer or other C-suite executive.
  • Strong organizational, communication, time-management, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Concur; ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience preferred.
