Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the design studio to ensure organized workflow.
- Provide administrative support to the design team and Commercial Creative Director.
- Implement and maintain team processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate schedules and logistics for models and stylists and prepare showroom lookbooks.
- Manage budgets and track expenses for external graphic and embroidery resources.
- Schedule and manage bi weekly design and cross functional meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes.
- Coordinate between Design, Merchandising, Product Development, and Marketing for shoots and collection reviews.
- Maintain the director's calendar, travel arrangements, and process expense reports and invoices.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and assist on special projects.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive problem solver with critical thinking abilities.
- Proven experience as a team coordinator or similar administrative support role in a creative or fashion environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Passion for fashion and design and understanding of industry demands.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
