Responsibilities- Manage expense reports for the Managing Director and key TR leaders.
- Arrange travel logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, and visas.
- Oversee the Managing Director's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Assist with administrative projects for the Travel Retail staff.
- Coordinate conference room schedules with the Office Manager.
- Plan corporate meetings, events, and seminars.
- Draft PowerPoint presentations and organize team activities.
- Manage agendas and bookings for TFWA Cannes & LVMH Beauty events.
- Take notes during meetings and provide internal recaps.
- Handle emails and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Negotiate terms with vendors for special events.
- Provide general administrative support for the Travel Retail department.
- Assist with special projects and miscellaneous duties as needed.
Requirements- Proactive and team-oriented with the ability to anticipate executive needs.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling confidential information discreetly.
- Innovative with a problem-solving approach.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in relevant roles.
- Ability to travel internationally occasionally.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
