Responsibilities- Manage critical and time-sensitive business initiatives with multi-functional stakeholders.
- Coordinate Executive Committee, Leadership, and CEO meeting agendas and follow-up workstreams.
- Conduct internal and external research on key topics, including government relations and business insights.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
- Ensure smooth administrative support, including emails, mail, contacts, phone, admin, and budget management.
- Maintain and manage complex calendar and logistics for meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expenses.
- Facilitate global and local intracompany Executive leadership coordination.
- Manage community relations projects and initiatives, ensuring they are on time and on budget.
Requirements- 7+ years of experience as a Chief of Staff, Executive Business Partner, or Project Manager in a multinational company.
- Advanced capability in navigating complex company dynamics and maintaining ethical conduct.
- High level of technical knowledge and proficiency in administrative tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work with urgency and accuracy.
- Fluency in French and/or Italian is a plus.
