Summary
Temporary maternity leave coverage (October 2026–February 2027, potential extension through April 2027) supporting the Human Resources team. The role focuses on planning and executing employee engagement initiatives aligned with global HR and local North American priorities while providing administrative support to senior HR leadership. This is a cross-functional position requiring strong communication, project coordination, and organizational skills with exposure to local and global stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives aligned with global HR and local market needs.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior HR leadership, including calendar coordination, meeting logistics, budget management, and expenses.
- Partner across HR, Communications, CSR, Executive Assistants, and external vendors to ensure seamless program and event delivery.
- Support onboarding and offboarding coordination to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Craft internal communications and ensure messaging aligns with brand tone and priorities.
- Coordinate logistics, materials, stakeholder communications, and track timelines and deliverables across concurrent projects, including Pink October, Disability Week, Holiday Gifting, and other seasonal initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including global teams.
- High level of attention to detail, discretion handling sensitive HR information, and strong follow-through.
