Expert Client Advisor - Exotics

As an Expert Client Advisor - Exotics at Louis Vuitton NorthPark, you will be a key ambassador for the brand, focusing on the Exotics category. You will ensure that every client receives exceptional service and guidance, embodying the Louis Vuitton Promise in every interaction.

• Act as the primary point of contact in-store for selling and clienteling techniques related to the Exotics category.
• Partner with the Manager to provide feedback and drive business growth.
• Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team through briefings, trainings, and coaching.
• Lead by example in managing your own client portfolio and demonstrating clienteling options.
• Drive the Exotics business in-store through product expertise and client development.
• Conduct product training and support new product launches.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and Exotics category.
• Strong storytelling and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to be a sales leader and maintain top seller status in the Exotics category.
• Experience in building positive client relationships and outstanding product knowledge.
• Highly analytical and commercial ability.
