Expert Client Advisor - Exotics

As an Expert Client Advisor for Exotics at Louis Vuitton King of Prussia, you will be a key ambassador for the brand, focusing on creating memorable experiences for our clientele. You will ensure that every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise, guiding them across the brand with a special focus on your category.

• Act as the in-store expert for selling and clienteling techniques specific to the Exotics category.
• Drive the Watch and Jewelry business in-store.
• Conduct product training and manage new launches.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Communicate corporate strategies and business information to the team through briefings and coaching.
• Lead by example in managing your own portfolio of clients.

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Passion for the brand and exceptional categories.
• Excellent interpersonal and storytelling skills.
• Outstanding product knowledge in Exotics.
• Highly analytical and commercial ability.
