Responsibilities

• Serve as the in-store expert for the Exotics category.
• Drive Exotics business and achieve category sales targets.
• Provide product training and support for new launches.

• Coach team members on selling and clientelling techniques.
• Communicate corporate strategy and business updates to the team.
• Conduct morning briefings, trainings, and one-on-one coaching.
• Observe and support the selling ceremony to improve team performance.
