Expert Client Advisor - Fashion Valley

As an Expert Client Advisor specializing in Watches & Jewelry at Louis Vuitton Fashion Valley, you will be a brand ambassador with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences. You will guide clients across the brand, ensuring their needs are met with passion and expertise.

• Act as the "go to" person in store for selling and clienteling techniques related to Watches & Jewelry.
• Drive the Watch & Jewelry business in store by being a sales leader and top seller in the category.
• Conduct product training and support new launches.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, demonstrating outstanding product knowledge.
• Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team through briefings, trainings, and coaching.
• Lead by example in managing your own portfolio of clients and demonstrating clienteling options.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and the Watches & Jewelry category.
• Excellent interpersonal and storytelling skills.
• Strong analytical and commercial abilities.
• Ability to encourage positive relationships with clients.
