Job Description

Summary

As an Expert Client Advisor at Louis Vuitton Keystone Indianapolis, you will be a key ambassador for the brand, focusing on creating memorable experiences for our clientele. You will specialize in a specific category, ensuring that each client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise, and guide them across the brand's offerings.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the in-store expert for selling and clienteling techniques specific to your category.
  • Partner with the manager to provide feedback and drive business forward.
  • Communicate corporate strategies and business information to the team through briefings, trainings, and coaching.
  • Assist in observing the team during the selling ceremony and introduce your product category.
  • Lead by example in managing your own portfolio of clients and demonstrate outstanding clienteling options.
  • Drive the business in-store and lead product training and new launches.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Passion for the brand and exceptional product knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead in sales.
  • Analytical and commercial ability.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and provide training to team members.
