Expert Client Advisor - South Coast Plaza

As an Expert Client Advisor specializing in Watches & Jewelry at Louis Vuitton South Coast Plaza, you will be a brand ambassador, focusing on delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales in your category. You will guide clients across the brand, ensuring their needs are met with passion and expertise.

• Act as the go-to person in-store for selling and clienteling techniques related to Watches & Jewelry.
• Partner with the Manager to provide feedback and drive business forward.
• Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team through briefings, trainings, and coaching.
• Lead by example in managing your own portfolio of clients and demonstrating clienteling options.
• Drive the Watch & Jewelry business in-store and conduct product training and new launches.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, demonstrating outstanding product knowledge.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and expertise in Watches & Jewelry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to be a sales leader in your area of expertise.
• Strong storytelling ability and analytical skills.
• Ability to encourage positive client relationships and demonstrate product knowledge.
