Expert Client Advisor - The Domain

As an Expert Client Advisor for Women's Ready-to-Wear at Louis Vuitton Austin, The Domain, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our clientele. You will act as an Ambassador to the brand, focusing on your category and ensuring every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise.

• Act as the "go to" person in-store for selling and clienteling techniques specific to your category.
• Drive the Exotics business in-store and provide product training and support for new launches.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, demonstrating outstanding product knowledge.
• Communicate corporate strategies and relevant business information to the team through briefings, trainings, and coaching.
• Lead by example in managing your own portfolio of clients and demonstrate exceptional clienteling options.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Passion for the brand and exceptional categories.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of story-telling ability.
• Outstanding analytical and commercial skills.
