Expert Client Advisor for Women's Ready To Wear responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, driving category sales, and acting as the in-store specialist and ambassador for the brand. This role focuses on client development, product expertise, training, and supporting the team through coaching and communication of corporate strategies.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the in-store expert for Women's Ready To Wear and primary contact for related client inquiries.
- Drive category sales and consistently perform as a top seller in the area of expertise.
- Develop and maintain a personal portfolio of clients and execute clienteling activities.
- Provide product training and support new launches within the category.
- Lead morning briefings, trainings, and one-on-one coaching for team members.
- Observe selling interactions and mentor colleagues on selling ceremony and techniques.
- Communicate corporate strategies and relevant business information to the store team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury retail with strong product knowledge in women's ready to wear and exotics.
- Excellent storytelling and interpersonal skills to create memorable client experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive client relationships.
- Strong commercial and analytical ability to drive category performance.
- Experience coaching and supporting team members in selling and clienteling techniques.
