Summary

Expert Client Advisor for Women's Ready-to-Wear responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, acting as the in-store specialist for the category, and supporting sales leadership through client development and product storytelling. The role includes training, coaching, and leading by example in clienteling and category management to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the in-store ambassador and subject matter expert for Women's Ready-to-Wear.
• Drive sales and grow the exotics business within the category.
• Develop and maintain a personal portfolio of clients through proactive clienteling.
• Lead product training and support new launch activities.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members during selling ceremonies and daily briefings.
• Communicate corporate strategies and business updates to the sales team.
• Collaborate with management to identify opportunities to grow category performance.
