Expert Client Advisor, Women's Ready-To-Wear

Summary

Expert Client Advisor for Women's Ready-To-Wear responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving category sales through product expertise, client development, and in-store leadership. Acts as a subject matter expert and partner to management to communicate strategies and support team performance. Focuses on storytelling, product knowledge in specialty categories, and maintaining a strong personal client portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the in-store ambassador and category expert for women's ready-to-wear
• Drive sales and business performance for the women's ready-to-wear category
• Provide product training and support for new launches
• Lead by example in clienteling and manage a portfolio of clients
• Deliver morning briefings, trainings, and 1:1 coaching to the team
• Observe selling interactions and support team members during the selling ceremony
• Communicate corporate strategies and relevant business information to staff

Requirements

• Proven retail sales experience in luxury women's ready-to-wear or related category
• Strong storytelling and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated expertise in product knowledge including exotics
• Experience in client development and building lasting client relationships
• Ability to train and coach colleagues and lead by example
• Analytical and commercial ability to drive category performance
• Passion for the brand and commitment to delivering exceptional service
