Responsibilities

• Drive the Women's Ready To Wear business in-store
• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients and clienteling activities
• Provide product expertise and lead product training and new launches
• Act as the in-store go to person for selling and clienteling techniques
• Support the Manager by communicating corporate strategy and business information
• Deliver morning briefings, trainings and one to one coaching for the team
• Observe selling ceremonies and partner with team members to introduce the category

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury retail sales and client development
• Strong product knowledge in Women's Ready To Wear
• Excellent interpersonal and story telling skills
• Demonstrated ability to be a sales leader and top seller in category
• Analytical and commercial capability to drive business results
• Ability to train and coach team members
