EyeCare Advisor

As an EyeCare Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality of optometric care. You will support the Doctor in routine optometry practices and contribute to the store's performance indicators under the guidance of the Store Manager.

• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Answer telephone calls in a friendly manner.
• Explain required paperwork, tests, products, and services to patients.
• Review prescriptions and patient information with attention to detail.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly.
• Manage appointment scheduling and computer operations.
• File patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Process contact lens orders and shipments.
• Operate the POS system accurately.
• Maintain store appearance and visual displays.
• Ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate store promotions effectively.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses.
• Perform pre-examination testing accurately.
• Provide guidance on contact lens care.
• Maintain contact lens inventory and support the Optometrist.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and sales skills.
• Problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with cash registers and computers.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or optical preferred.
