Responsibilities- Analyze and provide insights into the global competitive landscape.
- Support Supply Chain operations to develop robust Sourcing strategy scenarios.
- Evaluate global brand and product financial performance.
- Drive analytics and processes to evaluate product factory cost against macros.
- Analyze the impacts of product cost changes on gross margin/profit.
- Support Integrated Business Planning in identifying financial impacts of initiatives.
- Support Innovation to evaluate financial impacts of potential investments.
- Publish timely performance updates with insightful analysis.
- Analyze supply chain for inventory and expense reduction opportunities.
- Lead development of monthly, global brand P&Ls by region and channel.
- Work with Senior Management to develop key business performance presentations.
- Generate routine and ad hoc analysis on key initiatives and metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to bring financial rigor to business decisions.
- Serve as liaison for FP&A activities to Corporate, Investor Relations and Reporting teams.
- Develop a global team in support of the above responsibilities.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Experience in managing an international team.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate and influence colleagues.
- Success in leading cross-functional projects to improve business results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong work ethic and drive for results.
- Superb financial modeling skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
