Facilities Associate - Linden House

Summary

Responsible for executing maintenance and housekeeping initiatives for the RH Gallery, partnering with the Gallery Team to ensure the facility is maintained to RH standards. Oversees preventive and reactive maintenance of building systems and equipment, prioritizes work orders, and helps maintain a safe work environment. Role is on-site at the Indianapolis Gallery - Linden House and requires interaction with operations and production areas.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping activities to ensure optimum service levels.
• Oversee repairs and upkeep of building, grounds, systems, and storage structures.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment such as forklifts, fans, doors, and dock plates.
• Manage prioritization and scheduling of work orders to minimize downtime.
• Maintain safety by observing and enforcing OSHA, food safety, and HAZMAT requirements.

Requirements

• Experience with preventative maintenance and repair and identifying process improvements.
• Excellent communication and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 30 lbs and maneuver around gallery, stockroom, and office spaces.
• Capable of prolonged standing and physical activities including twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.
