Facilities Associate Porter

Summary

The Facilities Associate Porter supports housekeeping, hospitality, and facility maintenance to ensure high service standards. The role maintains buildings, grounds, and equipment and responds to work orders and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping and facility maintenance, including repairs and upkeep of buildings, grounds, systems, and storage areas.
• Set up refreshments and maintain kitchenettes, appliances, offices, and landscaping.
• Clean and repair carpets, move furniture, and hang art and decor.
• Perform preventive and responsive maintenance, follow safety requirements, and manage supplies and repair parts responsibly.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers and complete work orders to required standards.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in hospitality, restaurant, or retail work.
• Experience in a hospitality environment with elevated service standards.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, design-focused environment and manage multiple processes.
• Microsoft Office and Google Apps proficiency is a plus.
