Facilities Associate

Summary

The Facilities Associate supports maintenance and housekeeping initiatives for the RH Gallery. This role works closely with the Gallery Team to keep facilities operating safely and to RH standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping activities to ensure service needs are met.
• Oversee repairs and upkeep of the building, grounds, systems, and storage structures.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, including forklifts, fans, doors, and dock plates.
• Prioritize and schedule work orders and preventive, reactive, and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a safe work environment and respond promptly to situations affecting operations.

Requirements

• Experience with preventive maintenance and repair.
• Experience identifying and presenting process improvement opportunities.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 30 pounds and meet the physical demands of the role.
