Facilities Associate

Summary

The Facilities Associate supports maintenance and housekeeping initiatives for the gallery. This role coordinates facility upkeep and repairs to maintain service standards and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping activities.
• Oversee repairs and upkeep of the building, grounds, systems, and storage structures.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, including forklifts, fans, doors, and dock plates.
• Prioritize and schedule work orders and preventive, reactive, and predictive maintenance.
• Maintain a safe work environment by observing and enforcing OSHA, food safety, and HAZMAT requirements.
• Respond quickly to downtime situations affecting production.

Requirements

• Experience with preventive maintenance and repair.
• Experience identifying and presenting process improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks including prolonged standing, bending, and climbing.
