Facilities Associate

Summary

The Facilities Associate supports maintenance and housekeeping initiatives for the RH Gallery. This role partners with the Gallery Team to keep the facility operating safely and to RH standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping activities to provide effective service.
• Oversee repairs and upkeep of the building, grounds, systems, and storage areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, including forklifts, fans, doors, and dock plates.
• Prioritize and schedule work orders and maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a safe work environment and respond quickly to downtime affecting production.

Requirements

• Experience with preventive maintenance and repair.
• Ability to identify and present process improvement opportunities.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing.
