Facilities Coordinator

Summary

The Facilities Coordinator handles minor maintenance and coordinates major repairs for the store. The role maintains facility records and work orders, supports store activities, and helps ensure the building and equipment are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities activities, supervise renovations and remodels, and oversee contracted in-store workers and housekeeping staff.
• Perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, painting, lighting and basic point-of-sale equipment repairs.
• Conduct facilities audits and inspections, maintain checklists, and coordinate deliveries and work with property management.
• Track work orders, repairs, purchase orders, contract labor, and required insurance records.
• Support store opening duties, floor moves, emergency response, and store safety activities.

Requirements

• At least one year of facilities operations experience.
• Ability to follow up on assignments, work independently, and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organization and accurate recordkeeping skills.
• Basic computer skills, business acumen, and team-building skills.
