Responsibilities- Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install mechanical equipment, data IT, and surveillance systems.
- Perform welding on equipment such as conveyor systems, material handling equipment, elevators, HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, fire systems, and roof repairs.
- Facilitate and coordinate all preventive maintenance functions.
- Conduct touch-up painting as required.
- Ensure all inspections are completed within jurisdiction requirements, including fire inspections and elevator checks.
- Maintain location lighting standards.
- Provide material lists for mechanical components.
- Handle ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
Requirements- Minimum of 3 years in a similar position.
- Mechanical abilities and knowledge of conveyor systems and material handling equipment.
- Effective communication and partnership skills with colleagues and contractors.
- Ability to climb and work from ladders.
- Availability for emergency calls 24/7.
- Basic computer network configuration knowledge for troubleshooting IT issues at the store level.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong computer skills, including Google and MS Office, with adaptability to changing technology.
