Facilities Health and Safety Manager

As a Facilities Health and Safety Manager, you will be a key leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations and health and safety across retail stores, corporate offices, and distribution sites. Your role will ensure that physical environments are safe, compliant, efficient, and aligned with business goals, driving strategic planning, vendor performance, and regulatory compliance.

• Oversee facilities management of the US retail portfolio, ensuring maintenance to brand standards.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance, repairs, projects, and operational efficiency of showrooms, corporate offices, and distribution sites.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs and vendor management strategies.
• Lead and manage the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) program for compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement safety protocols, training programs, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Utilize knowledge of OSHA requirements to maintain safe workplaces.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address safety risks and incidents.
• Investigate and provide root cause analysis for incidents.
• Promote a culture of safety and implement best practices.

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, health and safety, or related operational roles.
• Proven leadership across multiple sites or regions, preferably in luxury retail, logistics, or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of OSHA, ADA, and local building code compliance.
• Excellent vendor management, project management, and budgeting skills.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong communication abilities.
• BA Degree from a four-year institution.
