Facilities Maintenance Associate

Summary

Support maintenance and housekeeping initiatives for the RH Gallery, ensuring the facility meets company standards. Partner with the Gallery Team to address maintenance needs and maintain safe, reliable operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping activities to provide effective service.
• Oversee repairs and upkeep of the building, grounds, systems, and storage structures.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, including forklifts, fans, doors, and dock plates.
• Prioritize and schedule work orders and preventive, reactive, and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a safe workplace and respond promptly to downtime affecting production.

Requirements

• Experience with preventive maintenance and repair.
• Experience identifying and presenting process improvement opportunities.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 30 pounds and meet the physical demands of the role.
