Facilities Maintenance Associate

Summary

The Facilities Maintenance Associate handles minor building maintenance and coordinates communication and follow-up for major repairs. The role also supports store activities, including floor moves and personal appearances, as directed by store management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility activities, supervise renovations and housekeeping, and conduct facility audits and inspections.
• Maintain lighting, fixtures, flooring, equipment, and supplies; perform routine maintenance and basic point-of-sale repairs.
• Support store openings, floor moves, emergency response, and store safety activities.
• Track work orders, repairs, purchase orders, contract labor, and facility records; coordinate vendors, deliveries, and property management.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of facilities operations experience.
• Ability to follow up on assignments, work independently, and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organization, accurate recordkeeping, basic computer skills, business acumen, and team-building skills.
