Facilities Mechanic

Summary

The Facilities Coordinator handles routine maintenance and supports the operation of the store's physical plant. The role coordinates repairs, inspections, renovations, and related facility records, while assisting with store activities as directed by management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities activities, routine maintenance, inspections, and store opening duties.
• Supervise renovations, housekeeping, and contracted workers, and maintain facility standards.
• Repair or maintain lighting, fixtures, flooring, locks, POS equipment, and other store equipment.
• Track work orders, repairs, purchase orders, contract labor, and facility records.
• Coordinate deliveries, repairs, and property management communications; respond to emergencies and support floor moves.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of facilities operations experience.
• Ability to follow up on assignments, work independently, and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organization and accurate recordkeeping skills.
• Basic computer skills, business acumen, and team-building skills.
