Facilities Services Technician

As a Facilities Services Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning specialized machines and equipment used in production, as well as ensuring cleanliness in bathrooms, lunch rooms, and offices. This role requires adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced production environment.

• Clean and maintain specialized machines and equipment, including changing filters and performing basic maintenance.
• Ensure cleanliness in bathrooms, lunch rooms, and offices.
• Adapt to ongoing changes and evolving roles within the production environment.
• Achieve goals independently and contribute as a team player.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with equipment or machines, such as cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Self-motivation and ability to achieve goals independently.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of any shift.
• Willingness to work with and around chemicals.
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs. to waist height regularly.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
