Fashion Advisor - 57th Street

Summary

The Fashion Advisor provides exceptional client service and fashion expertise to drive sales, conversion, and client retention at the 57th Street boutique. This full-time, in-person role focuses on creating energy and desire around product while building long-term client relationships. The Advisor works collaboratively with the sales team and reports to boutique leadership, supporting client repairs and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience
• Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up
• Collaborate with the boutique sales team and support boutique leadership goals
• Accept and track repairs and alterations and maintain consistent communication with clients regarding status

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related retail or client-facing experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Excellent communication skills; foreign language skills preferred
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and perform in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
