Summary
The Fashion Advisor delivers exceptional luxury client service at the boutique, acting as a brand ambassador who builds lasting client relationships, provides expert styling advice, and supports boutique operations to uphold the prestige of the brand. This is a full time, contract role reporting to the Boutique Manager located at the Bloor boutique. The role requires professionalism, product expertise, and a passion for fashion and luxury.
Responsibilities
- Provide bespoke and tailored client service that aligns with brand service values.
- Build and maintain strong personalized client relationships to drive long term loyalty.
- Offer styling advice and product expertise to maximize sales opportunities.
- Proactively achieve and surpass personal and boutique sales goals.
- Support daily boutique operations including back of house tasks and assisting with alterations.
- Uphold merchandising standards and maintain the boutique visual presentation.
- Perform accurate client data capture and timely follow up to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain impeccable personal presentation and professional etiquette representing the brand.
- Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to support boutique objectives.
