Summary

Deliver exceptional in-store client service and drive sales through building relationships, converting walk-in traffic, and promoting brand loyalty. Work as part of a sales team reporting to boutique leadership, supporting client conversion, retention, and personalized service. Maintain professional knowledge of CHANEL history and product offerings to inspire clients and elevate the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience
• Build and maintain genuine relationships through consistent outreach and follow up
• Support sales goals by delivering elevated client service to drive business results
• Take in repairs and coordinate follow up on repairs and alterations
• Collaborate with the sales team and boutique leadership to enhance service levels
• Work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Lift and handle merchandise up to 15 lbs as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Passion for fashion, luxury retail, and the CHANEL brand
• Customer service and clienteling experience with a focus on retention and conversion
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
