As a Fashion Advisor at CHANEL in Beverly Hills, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service and fostering brand loyalty. You will work alongside a diverse sales team to drive business revenue and enhance the client experience.

• Lead the development of new customers and convert walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors.
• Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, and courteous service.
• Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude to exceed client expectations consistently.
• Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.

• Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
