Fashion Advisor

Summary

Provide exceptional in-store client service and fashion expertise to drive sales, conversion, and client retention while representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Work collaboratively with the boutique team and leadership to build long term client relationships, manage repairs and alterations follow up, and create memorable luxury experiences. Maintain a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays to support boutique needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and convert walk in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors
• Deliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience
• Build and maintain genuine relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach
• Support sales goals by inspiring desire around product and the brand
• Take in repairs and coordinate follow up regarding repairs and alterations
• Collaborate with the sales team and boutique leadership to drive business results
• Demonstrate a can do attitude to consistently exceed client expectations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively
• Passion for the brand and knowledge of fashion and luxury goods
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and some holidays
